Not Quite Lost is a collection of travel experiences from the life of the author told with wit and and a lyrical description style that leads you straight into her magical view of the world. This is no thriller, yet I found myself finishing each story with anticipation of what might come next. Unlike Bryson, whose negativity often forces me to take an extended reading break, this book always left me feeling bemused and happy. My only disappointment was that it ended too soon.
