This book is a nostalgic reminder to anyone who has moved house from ‘home’. The ups and downs of the process are brilliantly, and in many cases, hilariously portrayed and the exploration of what ‘home’ means is so well described. I loved the book because it covers people and places I know so well, from Alderley Edge where I worked to the wonderful Barton’s bookshop in Leatherhead and its amazing owner Peter. Sheer joy from the first word.
